2. Café Rules & Conduct
2.1 General Conduct
- All guests must behave respectfully towards staff and other customers
- No harassment, bullying, or abusive language will be tolerated
- We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without refund for misconduct
- CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the premises for safety purposes
2.2 Gaming Station Rules
- Guests are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse
- Food and beverages must be kept away from keyboards and monitors
- No modifying, installing, or uninstalling software on any station
- Time limits will be enforced during peak hours and events
2.3 Food & Beverage Policy
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises
- Food allergies must be communicated to staff before ordering
- We are an alcohol-free establishment
3. Bookings & Reservations
Station and event bookings can be made online or in person. We confirm bookings via email or phone. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: full refund
- Cancellations within 24 hours: no refund (credit may be offered at our discretion)
- No-shows: no refund
- Event registrations are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of FrameUp Café Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
FrameUp Café is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
